Dr. Iyyappan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information and Communication Technology at Adani University. Dr. Iyyappan is a passionate academician and vibrant researcher. He has over 9+ years of teaching experience and 4 years of research experience in Computer Science and Engineering. Dr. Iyyappan has been invited to deliver an expert talk at many universities.
He is also the reviewer of numerous international journals, national journals, and conferences. He is also associated with LMISTE/IET/IACSIT/ACM/CSTA. He has conducted several Training Workshops, Seminars, Webinars, Technical Events, Hackathons, and Science clubs in Computer Science Engineering. He is an accredited industrial trainer in IBM/TCS/Xebia/ Microsoft organization programs such as Data Visualization, Enterprise Design Thinking, Business Analytics, IBM Essential Software Tools, FCEAD Software Architect, Development Operation Systems, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment. He organized a number of training courses for Adani Group members on how to develop open-source applications and use Data Analytics & Visualization for company growth.

He has guided more than 10 projects at the Post Graduate Level and 30 more at the undergraduate level in the latest areas of research. He is the Co-supervisor for 2 Ph.D. scholars. He is a recognized reviewer of Elsevier Journals like the Journal of Software, Intelligent Automation, Soft Computing, etc. He filled the PATENT: “Biometric-ATM: Voice Input and Pin Authentication to Enhance Security at the Automatic Teller Machines”. DOF: 08-11-2019, Publication Date: 15-11-2019, Patent. No: 201911045410A. He was a Session Chair at the International Conference on Computational Methods and Data Engineering (ICMDE 2020) on January 30-31, 2020 SRM University Delhi-NCR, India.
